Eastwood Homes is constantly looking for suitable opportunities to buy land - with or without planning permission - for development into new homes or commercial ventures.

We are happy to consider proposals from landowners, and will review each one individually on their own merits, from a single garden plot to a large development. We can propose a number of solutions:

• Joint venture contract between Eastwood Homes and the owner to develop the site and share the profit.
• Project management - from the pre-planning stage to completion of the development of the site.
• Professional advice with the assistance of architects, engineers and planning consultants to suit your requirements.
